I strongly agree with the findings, ever since I started using Ginkgo Biloba, it really help me to improve my memory. Because, I tend to forget something or I become forgetful sometimes. Especially when I have a lot of overtime work, or did a lot of multi-tasking activities.
Using "Ginkgo Biloba", really does help you to improve memory, and especially to sharpen thinking. It took me only few days only to realize that it really works. Especially when I have to do a lot of things from my work. And it made me finish my work quickly. But, I'm not saying that it will gradually increase your memory or sharpen your mind as soon as possible or quickly, it depends to the dosage of your body and/or brain needs. Better consult with the doctor.
Side Effect:
Base from the internet, Ginkgo leaf supplements are generally safe. But in some cases on some people might cause headache, dizziness, heart palpitations, nausea, gas, and diarrhea. Allergies to ginkgo can trigger rashes or more serious effects. Please consult your doctor before usage. Especially if you have diabetes, epilepsy, pregnant, or doing a breastfeeding.
So far, I thank God for giving me a healthy body, and I don't experienced any side effect.
