Recently I saw one of my friends posted his drum set photo. Then it came back into me. The interest of playing drum. But as an adult, it made me wonder... What would be the benefit of playing drums, and why should I do it or need it. Because I always think and decide twice about things I will buy. I don't want to buy things that won't have benefit for my family or myself.

I did some basic research, and surprisingly it has a good effect to our mind & body, according to Dave Robertson & Dr. Christiane Northrup.

Dave explained the "ten reasons to drums for your health". After reading, I truly agreed to what he had said. And it made me more interested to have one.
